Like Rick, I also have a question for the more experienced runners of the group. I'm an evening runner, my muscles are all stretched out by evening and my runs are so much more productive. My muscles are SUPER stiff in the morning...which is when the races are. How do I prepare myself for a good race when I'm so stiff?

  1. This news is welcome! And timely. I have conducted some independent research in support of that conclusion AND have tested it myself. I have also determined that while drinking six post-race beers is good, drinking sixteen post-race beers is better. Let's raise our glasses to good science!
