Got up this morning and ran 1.7 miles at about the same time Dan and Pete were running their race. But I have a quick question...when you all are out running your 5-10 miles do you ever have to walk? Reason being I will run about a mile but either my chest is an ice block or my legs are tripping over each other.
Also I have added a LINK to the Kent City Race. Not sure if I will make that one. But I am still in the running for the 10K at 53.

Keep up the good work, Rick! Fear not! The ice block will slowly melt away as you continue to train and near the race.
